My Social Housing was formed in 2020 and is a product of Bridge Housing Solutions who were originally formed in 2013, this is an alternative way to tackle homelessness working with Registered Homeless Charities and Local Authorities to resolve people's homelessness, in the UK at the same time reducing the number of empty properties in Social Housing.

My Social Housing | Get Your Council House 3 Months Faster
My Social Housing is a new app that aims to mitigate homelessness, assist those searching for social housing, and reduce the number of homes that are unnecessarily sitting empty.
Founded by parent company Bridge Housing Solutions, the new app uses unique technology to scour through 1,500+ websites and provide suitable referrals to families for affordable, safe, and well-maintained accommodation.
My Social Housing can also help rehouse those in housing need and assist local authorities in preventing and reducing the number of people living in temporary accommodation.
Inefficiency within the current system is causing huge strains, with 54,000 families living in temporary accommodation in London alone, and 12,000 social homes sitting empty each year.
That’s not to mention how difficult it can be to find suitable housing options, as there’s so many different advertisements using various online portals. There currently no other way to advise properties to those in housing need in such an efficient way, so My Social Housing are proud to lead the change toward better housing solutions.
Bridge Housing Solutions have recently launched another innovative app called My Rent Rewards which allows users to save money towards their rent, simply by making everyday purchases from over 200 major brands. The app has already formed strong partnerships with 200+ major brands including easyJet, Sky, Tesco, Superdrug, Iceland and EE; plus being featured in Housing24’s “Innovation of the Year Awards” in 2019.
Bridge Housing Solutions has already helped over 400 families find permanent accommodation, aiming to massively increase that figure through the new My Social Housing app.
